Contact us

This site is a small editorial project, not a reservations desk or a complaints line for the cable car operator. There is no form, no ticket reference and no phone queue. Just an email address, and a person who reads every message that arrives.

What happens next

Honest answers over fast ones. A correction about a fare or a cabin type gets checked first, because a wrong figure can cost someone their morning on Lantau. Those normally appear on the site within a day or two. General questions move slower, and some end up answered inside a guide rather than by email, so the next person wondering about luggage limits or the Big Buddha climb finds the answer already written. There is no newsletter, no follow-up selling, and your address is never passed on.

What we cannot do

Bookings, seat holds, date changes, cancellations, refunds: none of that happens here. Every tour listed on this site belongs to a separate operator, who sells it, runs it and handles the money. The live booking page you would actually use sits with that operator, not with us.

For anything tied to a booking already made, start with your confirmation email. The reference number is there, along with boarding details and a message button that goes straight to the operator handling your ride. That beats writing to us on the day itself, and if the cable car looks uncertain, say during scheduled maintenance, the operator's channel is the one that can resolve it.

Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you write to anyone. The boarding point first: cable car tickets board at the Tung Chung terminal, while the guided Lantau day tours set their own meeting points, so check which one you chose before you plan your journey. Then the cancellation window: terms vary by listing, some allow free cancellation and others do not, so read the terms on the listing you choose, and the live booking page is the authority on both (see Free Hong Kong Activities).

Still deciding which tour? The two tour categories sort our five listings faster than any email thread could, and the guides dig into real questions like cabin types versus guided day tours and how the Big Buddha fits into a morning.
